- Upon the confirmation of order a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with the delivery dates and manufacturing process.
- Shipments will be delivered within 10-15 +/- working days for most of the areas due to the product customization and hand production.
- Orders of less than $300 will be charged a shipping fee(non-refundable) of $30.
Orders of $300 or more will be delivered free all around the world. - For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Aramex office.
- As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Aramex. Additional charges may apply.
- All our shoes & leather products has the 1 year gurentee. In case any menufecturing fault arrises due to a human made methods of menufecturing.
- Customer will have to send the inquiry on the email and our customer relations will initiate the issue asap.
- Customer will need to ship the shoes for rectification purpose
- Velore Paris will not accept the Gurentee in case its not a menufecturing issue.
- The renewed shoe will be sent back in 10-15 working days after repair (if needed).
