File a Return

Click on below button and fill the form that opens up with all the information. Fill in all the information in the form with right name, product name and your order id and other info asked to fill in the form and click claim refund.

Please prepare the return items and pack them carefully, then wait for the courier to pick-up the parcel. The first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order is free! The return window for most items is 90 days. All eligible items can be returned within the return window in their original condition for a full refund. Please send the package within 14 days after you submit your return.
